Weekend competition

Good luck to girls from intermediate and advanced classes who are competing in the North Area Level 5 & 6 competition this weekend.

Coaches Emily, Shelly, Sally, Bob and Dave have been preparing the girls over the last few weeks.

Saturday’s competition takes place at  Queensway, Wrexham, and Sunday’s competition will be held in Deeside.

There will be individual awards for apparatus and the top five from each level will go through to represent North Wales in Cardiff in October.

Cardiff competition winners

Coaches and gymnastsCongratulations to girls from our advanced class who competed for the first time in the Welsh Levels Competition on Sunday in Cardiff.

Bella received a bronze medal for her vault; Abi got a gold for beam and silver for vault; and Isabella received a gold for her vault.

Elise, Bella and Amelia got a bronze team medal.

And thanks to coaches Ceri, Sally and Danielle.
