Sign up for bag packing and buy your cinema tickets on Saturday

You can still sign up to the bag packing at Asda, Queensferry to raise funds for the new gym appeal – put your name down tomorrow.

Slots are still available on Saturday 12 December from 10.30am to 3.30pm at hour intervals. Over 8s supervised by a parent can collect on the tills and we are asking for two under 8s for each hour to stand in the foyer looking adorable with a collection bucket and a grown up.

Also, tickets for the club film night on Saturday 5 December are still available at £3 per child and can be purchased tomorrow.

Sign up for the bag packing on Saturday at gym. You can also purchase cinema tickets at the same time.

Coaching questions, advice and tips

We’ve started a new section especially for coaches, called Coaching corner, which is designed to be a place where coaches can ask questions and share tips to help them to help gymnasts.

And we’re also planning another section all about competitive judging – so watch this space!

Photos: Decorated smartie tubes raise £695

Thanks to everyone who filled and decorated their smartie tubes, helping us to raise £695 for our new gym appeal but do let us know if any tubes and cash are still out there.

Mr Buckley picked the winner at random during club champs. Sophie Edwards from the intermediate class has won two hours of training with a coach of her choice.

Film night fun in a onesie
