Help us make club champs a success

We hope you’re looking forward to our club champs on Saturday. We need your help on a couple of things so here’s our checklist for the big day:

Return decorated / named / filled Smartie tubes
Have you time to help to run the stalls on the day?
Are you providing cakes on the day?
Are you bringing donations for the hampers [if you haven’t already dropped them off]?
Bringing tombola or raffle prizes?

On the day there will be:

Gymnastics! [Competition timetable]
Calendar and class photo orders: We will be taking orders for the 2016 Club Calendar on Saturday and also between 9am-1pm on Saturday 21 November. You will be able to preview the class costume photos during those times. Calendars are £5 each paid at the time of ordering. We will not be ordering any ‘spare’ calendars so please place your order if you don’t want to miss out.

Official club onesie and more merchandise

We are excited to launch our new online club shop where you are able to buy the following club merchandise directly from our supplier. Items come with the club logo and the option to add a child’s name.

Order by 27 November in time for Christmas

We have arranged for all of these items to be available in French Navy with the club logo in white on the rear and the option to put your child’s name on the left breast of any item of clothing.

This is automatically installed on the website so when you choose the item and size, you are then prompted to put in the text.

For coaches and volunteers, there is also the option to put this onto the garment too.

There is a delivery charge (currently £3.95). This is per order, so if you know another parent who is looking to purchase, it would be worth getting together.
