Well done to these young ladies in the Out of Age Level 4 Competition in Cardiff on Saturday, writes head coach Ceri.

Much improved performances to the North Area Competition a few weeks ago and testament to the hard work they’ve put in.

Zara, Evie, Megan and Zara’s team placed 4th against tough opposition and a special mention to Evie who smashed her routine to place third on beam after a scary fall on bar.
