Summer Fayre organisation meeting

Please can everyone involved in next month’s Summer Fayre (and any new volunteers) either pop along to our meeting at midday Saturday 21 May or let me know where you are up to with your plans so I can check we are on track, writes coach and chief fundraiser Becca Bailey.

We still have some  potential performance slots free so if you know of a local community group that might like to do a 10 minute performance, please get in touch with me.  We also have space for a couple more stalls if you know someone who might be interested.

Watch out for the cups being given to the gymnasts to decorate, fill with wrapped sweets, cover and return on Saturday 4 June – the day before the fayre – in order to enter the prize draw. We will be selling the decorated cups for £1.
