Buckley Gymnastics Club

Following on from our update in October, we are pleased to announce that after a long and thorough search, we have found a suitable unit for our club to call home.

We are working towards Easter/late spring next year in which we move to our unit in Gwernaffield, on outskirts of Mold, subject to the lease being signed.

We are not leaving the Buckley area as a number of classes will still be held at the leisure centre – further details of these classes will be published by the coaching team once these have been agreed.

We know that there will be many of you who have questions and we plan to hold a parents day/evening early in the new year where any questions will be answered.

Sometime ago many of you very kindly offered your support to help with any practical/physical work – we will need this support more than ever in the coming months.

The unit is in good repair, but will need converting and upgrading to be suitable for use as our gym.

This will require help with everything from cleaning, painting, building, carpets (supply and fitting), kitchens, sanitary ware etc. and, if you have offered in the past, we will be grateful if you could give a firm commitment to the project, whether this be by actual work or by donating/gifting materials etc.

Thank you all for your ongoing support. As you know we are all doing this to secure the future of the club at an extremely competitive time and for the opportunity to give our children the best possible training facilities.
