Club Champs 2013
The annual club championships takes place on Saturday 16 November. Here’s the running order:
Round 1: Beginners
- Registration and warm-up at 09:30
- March on at 09:45
Round 2: Novice and Intermediate
- Registration and warm-up at 11:20
- March on at 11:50
Round 3: Advanced
- Display warm-up from Italy – 13:45 approx
- March on at 14:00
Presentations
- All rounds from 15:30 approx
Help needed: As usual we will need help with setting up the room and then putting everything away so your help will be appreciated.

Half way there
We’ve so far raised £101 towards our target of £200 for Nightingale House Hospice after many girls ran the Flintshire 3k earlier this month.

North Area Novice and Intermediate Championships
Gymnasts from the advanced class did well in the North Area Novice and Intermediate Championships at Deeside Leisure Centre on Sunday 6 October, bringing away a number of trophies, medals and ribbons.
The Novice competition was a qualifier for the Welsh novice finals in Cardiff on 27 October.
Elise LaFlamme (10-11 years), Hollie Pike and Lily O’Neill (12-13 years) all finished in the top five to represent north area with other gymnasts from Bangor, Olympus, Wrexham, Grays and Rhyl and Prestatyn.
