As an introduction to coaching and help with a better understanding of the prerequisites needed to progress in our sport, we are holding an in-house workshop on February 1, 10am-1pm.
It is free and open to all whether you are a current coach, would like to be a coach, or are interested in learning more about the sport.
The workshop will be run by Stan Buckley.

Saturday 20 December is our final session before our Christmas break and the class is open to all gymnasts from 10am-noon.
