Abi, Kyle and Niamh are our latest sport leaders having completed their training recently.
Welsh Gymnastics runs the courses which gives young leaders the opportunity to develop communication skills, plan and lead gymnastics sessions.

Gymnasts of the month: November
Rylee
General Gym class 3, 5-6pm: Rylee
Coach comments: Rylee has impressed the coaches this month with the effort she has put into her gymnastics. We are also impressed in the way her confidence is improving each week. Well done.
Maddie
General Gym class 3, 6-7pm: Maddie
Coach comments: Maddie always has a super smile on her face and gives 100% to all activities which makes her a pleasure to coach. Keep up the great work.
Ruby
Development class: Ruby
Coach comments: Ruby has impressed us all with her hard work and determination. She wouldn’t give up recently to get her bridge kick out and is now close to achieving her backward walkover. She has the ‘hair of hard work’ after every class (see photo for proof – that was a neat bun at the start of class). Great work ethic Ruby.
Isabelle
Intermediate class: Isabelle
Coach comments: Isabelle has really impressed all of the coaches recently with the massive improvement in her strength.
Olivia
Advanced class: Olivia
Coach comments: Olivia works hard every session and always has a smile on her face. She is a pleasure to coach. Also, Olivia is always so supportive of her teammates. You are a star Olivia. Keep up your hard work.

Snow closures
Gwernaffield: Friday and Saturday 8-9 December.
Due to the adverse weather conditions and in the interests of health and safety it has been decided to cancel this weekend’s training sessions at Gwernaffield.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but, bearing in mind 43 schools in the area have been closed today and the forecast is for continuing snow, we hope you will understand.
All cancelled sessions will be rescheduled ASAP.
The coaches will also message you via your WhatsApp groups.
Buckley: Pre-school, Saturday 9-12.
At present the leisure centre is currently open and we will monitor the situation this afternoon. We will put an update on here as soon as we are able to.
