General warm up – 9:30am

Presentation approx. – 11:15am

Round 2 – General 1 & General 3 Gymnasts

General warm up – 12:15pm

Presentation approx. – 2:00pm

Round 3 – General 2 & General 4 Gymnasts

General warm up – 3:00pm

Presentation approx. – 4:45pm

Parking: Due to car parking restrictions, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your child’s general warm up time.

Well done Aiyla!

AiylaHuge congratulations to Aiyla from the Advanced Class who has been selected for the Welsh Women’s Artistic Development Squad, writes coaching director Stan.

Aiyla is one of only 10 gymnasts selected across Wales in her age group and will now train once a month in Cardiff. Well done Aiyla.

Coach P explained that Aiyla spent her Easter weekend being tested on her strength, flexibility and her skills on each apparatus.

She also met members of the senior Welsh squad.

“Well done Aiyla,” said P. “You’ve done us all proud.”
