This Summer we’re running extra Gym Tots classes for children up to 7 years, Monday to Friday, 9.30-10.30am and 1.30-2.30pm.

Gym Tots is £5.50 per child- no charge for young babies and we have lots of room for prams.

What to expect at Gym Tots:

When you arrive at the gym please park at the back in our carpark- there’s plenty of room. Walk round to reception and ring the bell- the coach will let you in and mark the register.

We’ll ask you to remove your shoes and show you around if you are new to us, we have a baby changing area should you need it. There’s also a comfy chair if you need somewhere to feed in private.

Children have the whole gym to play in, the apparatus is available plus all the toys. These classes are child led and not structured, so children have the freedom to play as they like.

We’re a friendly team ready to welcome you when you visit. Members and non members are welcome.

Classes are pay as you go, so no commitment and booking links are available up until the class starts.
