Well done to our Level 1 coaches who have passed their Level 2 qualification.

Kristy, Milly and Niamh have been working towards their Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Level 2 qualification over the last few months and have been assessed and all passed.

The level 2 qualification is an in depth course covering all aspects of coaching gymnasts, it concentrates on skills, strength and conditioning plus planning sessions, all with the focus on the gymnast.

Well done to our coaches and a big thanks to all the gymnasts who helped out throughout the course and for the assessment.
