We hope you’re looking forward to our club champs on Saturday. We need your help on a couple of things so here’s our checklist for the big day:

• Return decorated / named / filled Smartie tubes
• Have you time to help to run the stalls on the day?
• Are you providing cakes on the day?
• Are you bringing donations for the hampers [if you haven’t already dropped them off]?
• Bringing tombola or raffle prizes?

On the day there will be:

• Gymnastics! [Competition timetable]
• Calendar and class photo orders:  We will be taking orders for the 2016 Club Calendar on Saturday and also between 9am-1pm on Saturday 21 November. You will be able to preview the class costume photos during those times. Calendars are £5 each paid at the time of ordering.  We will not be ordering any ‘spare’ calendars so please place your order if you don’t want to miss out.
